To enquire about booking your vehicle in please contact us using the form or e-mail hello@detailstudio.co.uk. Alternatively you can call Anthony on 0777 577 0672.
A deposit of £50 per day is required in advance to secure your booking. This can be paid by cheque made payable to Detail, bank transfer or cash. In the instance of a cancellation made no later than 7 days before the appointment, a full refund will be offered. Within 7 days, no refund will be made.
Should your booking have to be cancelled due to bad weather, we will endeavour to rebook you as a priority for another day convenient to yourself. If a satisfactory date cannot be found, we will refund your deposit in full.
The remainder of the payment is to be made upon completion of the work, without exception, unless previously agreed otherwise. We are happy to accept cheques made payable to Detail or cash.
