Detailing can be defined as the systematic rejuvenation and protection of the various surfaces of a vehicle.Specific procedures are followed to efficiently and effectively rejuvenate and protect all surfaces, exterior and interior, of a vehicle.
How can you improve on the appearance of a brand new vehicle?
Most people expect a brand new car to have perfect ‘untouched’ paintwork, but sadly this is very rarely the case. New cars are often subjected to storage, transportation and PDI (pre-delivery inspection), all of which can cause defects in the paintwork. After a new car detail your vehicle will look better than brand new as well as being protected inside and out. Once you have booked our Swissvax Pre-Delivery Inspection and Detail we can arrange with the dealership to detail your vehicle before collection day.
Does my vehicle require paint correction?
Unfortunately, nearly every vehicle will require some form of paint correction. Please give Anthony a call if you would like a paint inspection consultation.
Can you detail any vehicle?
Yes! Every vehicle will benefit from a detail and there is nothing Anthony won’t do. He has even been known to detail a tractor in the past! Your pride and joy is as important to us as it is to you.
How can I maintain the vehicles paintwork after a detail?
Once detailed your vehicle will be effortless to maintain. Anthony will happily explain or demonstrate how to clean your vehicle to keep it looking its best and prevent the reappearance of swirls after your detail. Detail have a wide range of Products and Swissvax Car Care Kits for this purpose.
Can you detail my vehicle at my home or work?
Yes. Detail are entirely self-sufficient. We carry our own supply of fresh water as well as our own power supply so the detail can be carried out with minimum disruption to you. If, due to space or safety issues, it is not possible to work on location, we can arrange an alternative location. Please call to discuss.
How far will Detail travel?
Detail are based in Marlborough, Wiltshire. Anthony will travel within a 40 mile radius at no extra cost, travelling further affield (UK or Worldwide) upon negotiation of an extra charge to cover travelling time and fuel.
Do you have insurance to work on my vehicle?
Yes. Detail are fully insured.
What hours do Detail work?
Anthony will aim to work around the clients convenience, so this can mean early starts or late finishes. Whatever is required to achieve the ultimate end result.
