Unlike ordinary polishes Swissvax waxes do not contain any abrasives. Just environmentally friendly formations of nutritive oils and carnauba wax. They are equally effective on old laquers as on modern water-based paints. Essential oils such as passion fruit, avocado and coconut give these products a wonderful smell too.
The secret to protection is the quantity of carnauba wax contained in our waxes (between 30-60% by volume). Carnauba wax comes from the leaves of a South American palm tree. It is the hardest transparent wax known to man. Once applied it sets hard creating a durable protective shell over the paint protecting it from fading, oxidisation and the sun's ultra-violet rays, as well as repelling acid rain and industrial fallout.

We all know that the environment is full of chemicals which are harmful to paintwork, from salt on the road in winter to corrosive and oxidising compounds deposited in the rain. Another culprit is the automated car wash, certain brushes of which, whilst making your car superficially clean, leave behind tiny swirl marks and scratches. Full treatment of your car can take from as little as one day to as much as three days or more depending on its condition. In addition to the paintwork correction and protection, a full Swissvax detail includes a full interior valet and the wheels removed for full cleaning inside and out. Anthony can also restore tired leather upholstery as an additional treatment. Caring for your car after treatment is easy and you will find that it soon returns to showroom shine on washing. When you think about it, it makes no sense not to have your car treated annually considering that as cars are now mechanically reliable with extended service intervals, the value of a car is judged almost solely on cosmetic appearance.
